1. About Us
VEYIL (veyil.in) is a brand currently operating in India. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to VEYIL.
2. Products
Product images are for illustration. Actual colour and texture may vary slightly due to screen differences. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is what applies to that order.
4. Orders
We reserve the right to cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors or payment issues. If this happens after payment, a full refund will be issued.
For pre-orders, placing an order means you agree to the dispatch timeline stated on the product page.
5. Payments
All transactions are handled securely through Shopify Payments / Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
6. No Refunds
All sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy for the limited circumstances under which we accept returns or replacements.
7. Intellectual Property
The VEYIL name, logo, and all site content are our property and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be handled through mutual resolution first. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
