Our Policy
We currently do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We strongly encourage you to check our Size Guide and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If you have any doubts about sizing or fit, reach out to us on WhatsApp/ Email before ordering — we're happy to help you choose right the first time.
When We Will Help
We will only accept a return or exchange in the following situations:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is defective or damaged on arrival
In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Size Exchanges
We do not accept size exchanges due to personal preference. Please use our Size Guide before ordering. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us — we will guide you to the right size.
