What does Veyil mean?
Veyil (വെയിൽ in Malayalam, வெயில் in Tamil) means sunshine, the heat and glare of the sun. It is the word people use for a hot, bright day.
VEYIL is also the name of an Indian sun-protection clothing brand. We make UPF 50+ clothing for people who spend their days in the sun: bike and scooty riders, women commuters, students and outdoor workers.
